\u00a0We invite both full papers and extended abstracts in areas related to the conference themes.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Online<\/span> Submission<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

All contributions will be refereed and accepted papers and extended abstracts will appear in\u00a0the Living Machines 2017 proceedings which we expect to be published in the Springer-Verlag LNAI Series<\/a>. \u00a0\"springer_logo\"<\/a><\/span>
Inclusion in the proceedings is conditional upon registration of at least one author per paper.<\/em><\/a><\/span>
\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Full papers<\/strong> (minimum 8 pages, up to 12 pages) are invited from researchers at any stage in their career and should present significant findings and advances in biomimetic or biohybid research.\u00a0Full papers will be accepted for either oral presentation (single track) or poster presentation.\u00a0Authors with more than one paper will be limited to a maximum of one oral presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Short papers <\/strong>(extended abstracts,\u00a0minimum 4 pages), with a maximum of ten references and no more than three self-citations.\u00a0More preliminary work would be better suited for this submission.\u00a0Extended abstracts\u00a0will be accepted for poster presentation only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Important:<\/b> To be published in the conference proceedings, each full\u00a0or short paper must be presented by a registered author or co-author. <\/span><\/p>\n

Submitted papers should be prepared using the Springer proceedings format and instructions<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Authors of the best full papers will be invited to submitted extended versions of their paper for publication in a special issue of the Bioinspiration and Biomimetics.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>see here previous Living Machines\u00a0articles\u00a0in\u00a0<\/a>B&B special issue<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
